Tom Koenig should have been an investment banker or management consultant – at least according to his professors during his Master's in Strategic Management. But instead of building a career in Excel spreadsheets, he was drawn to B2B sales. He worked his way up, leading sales teams in Germany and Austria as Head of Sales, and learned the business from the ground up.
